It's 5.49 and I'm at home on a Saturday. So loser. I did go out earlier today with Fizzy and Hanisah. We visited Mdm Ho at her homely abode in Jelapang. I haven't travelled on the LRT for eons. The 'misting windows' were really cool! I was like "Eh, what happened?" when the windows suddenly misted up. Hee. Anyhoo, the house was crowded with Mdm Ho's students. Former and current, I think. I managed to conquer one-third of her couch though. Huzzah.

After warming up the seat for about an hour, we decided to go for lunch. I wore those devil-shoes again. Hanisah has them in brown colour. Not long after we left the house, I was limping. Because of the stupid blisters. Bought plasters and stuck them to my toes. After lunch at KFC at Bukit Panjang Plaza, we took a bus home. And here I am.

I'm in a beanie-wearing phase. Maybe I should get a propeller beanie too. Just kidding.

Took a little trip with Jeannie to the Singapore Botanic Gardens today. It felt really good to be outdoors again after 5 days of being cooped up at home. I was close to getting the crazies. Anyhoo, the day was friggin hot at first. You know, the sun and its scorching heat. It got better as the day grew cloudy. So what was the point of going there, you ask? To have a picnic and play pretend. We were tourists for the day. Oh! Most importantly, we went there to snap a truckload of pictures. Armed with maps and a camera, we explored the garden. It's ginormous by the way. My shoes were a bitch. They gave my feet agonizing blisters. I had to limp my way out of the place. Almost crawl, actually. Just kidding.

I have to forgive those shoes. I already have. They're really, really pretty. Me thinks so. Posting results are out tomorrow! I think I know which hellhole I'll be shoved into. Uh, duh.

Playtime is almost over.

Happy birthday to you!
And many more.

Went for dinner at Permas Jaya for the celebration. Feasted on seafood by the beach.

I love my dad. Very, very, very much. <3

Kyle Xy is proving to be an interesting show. I'm at Season 1, the first episode. Totally burst out laughing when Kyle wanted to get juice during dinner. Hahaaaa.

Yo, let's get some juice down here!
Sup! Everyone taking stupid pills around here?
Juice me!

Love it.

Am watching Starsky & Hutch right now. It's funny. Snoop Dogg's playing a character named Huggy Bear. Ben Stiller has a perm, Will Ferell wears a hairnet and Vince Vaughn has a pornstache. Also, I think Will Ferell's character is gay. Which makes it even more hilarious. Haaa.

Anyhoo, my little bro's in the hospital. He had surgery done for his belly button. I hope he gets well soon. Dropped by to visit him just now after wandering around town. Solitarily. Bought a blue blouse from DP and shoes from Bata. Mhmm, Bata.

I want all seasons of Scrubs on Dvd! Need. Cash. Hmph.

J.D.: I'll take the lead on this one.
Dr. Cox: He's all yours.
J.D.: [greeting a patient] Mr. Steel, first name, Man of.

I stumbled upon pictures of Max Thieriot just now.

Another barbecue!

This time it's with cousins and aunties and uncles. I had oodles of fun. Us cousins partied inside a huge tent while the older generation conquered the BBQ pit. The tent was big enough to fit eight people. My giant sister could stand in there! The roof didn't even brush her head. That's gotta be the biggest tent I've seen so far. Anyhoo, we chugged down mocktails and snapped plenty of photos. Okay, they weren't actual mocktails but a combination of mango juice and cherryade. We also had handphones as boomboxes and our choice song to dance to was Benny Benassi's Satisfaction. And so, we partaaayed! All that in a tent, mind you. But soon, it was time to leave and Club Satisfaction had to be dismantled. I pigged out again. Excuse me while I immerse myself in self-loathing. Don't worry, it won't last that long.

If I didn't have a religion, I'd make appletini my favourite beverage.

I cannot stay at home for another day. It has been super duper boring. School would most likely start in a few weeks. (I don't wanna say it but) I can't wait for it to start. Everyday, it's the same routine.

I taped up the fingers on my right hand together with scotchtape. Just out of pure boredom. Retarded, isn't it? Yes, I can be that way sometimes. Typing this post wasn't easy. Deffo.

Anyhoo, I'm currently halfway through New Moon. Would most probably move on to Eclipse really soon. Spent most of today watching Scrubs on Youtube. Man, I love that show. But the new season's kinda boring. And Zach Braff needs to shave that beard!

My fingers are getting cold. I should probably remove the tape.

Goodbye.

I've registered. Phew.
While listening to Beyoncé's Single Ladies. That song calmed my nerves. Haaa.

My results rock so, suck it! Haaa. Just kidding. I've never been so happy to see the number 12. Extremely happy and satisfied. The school did well for suresss. I guess my mind hasn't changed about going to IJC. Though I must say that the polytechnic courses offered were tempting. There were a few that caught my attention and interest when I was flipping through the JAE 2009 booklet. It's super thick. Anyhoo, I've always wanted to learn about veterinary technology. And there was a course at TP just for that. So tempting! Hmmm. But I guess I'll stick to IJC. I very much hope that life wouldn't be hell over there.

I'm Alright.

Tomorrow's D-day.

Anyhoo, I'm all wobbly right now. It's the cramps. They manifested just as I expected. I can't even walk properly. Nyeh. So about tomorrow, I won't put much thought into what's going to happen. It'll only scare me. I'm trying to avoid the jitters. I am nervous though on the outside, I don't show it. I'll wait til' tomorrow to express extreme nervousness or panic.

Love Scrubs.

Don't leave me to pick up on your questions
Not even a day
It's alright to finish up your sentence
You talk all the same
Pain comes in stages if we don't make it
Nothing changes.
free falling.

Events that occurred today in chronological order:

1)Party at Jannah's house.
2)The Peninsula.
3)Long train ride home with droopy eyes.

Finally managed to drag my butt to the stadium for a run this morning. Woke up as early as 6am to get myself ready for the exercise. My sister came with me. Thank goodness for that. I can't run alone. There would be no motivation to carry on running after my legs start aching halfway. They ache right now by the way. I think I'm going to get excruciating leg cramps in my sleep later. Well I really hope not. Walking would be a pain for the next few days if I do get them. Hmm. Oh. The results are on Monday. Aahhh.

Big, bad world.

Baking day today yet again. Nothing like a hobby to keep you busy.

Jeannie made tiramisu today and boy, was it delicious. There were lady fingers in there. At first, I thought she was going to use the vegetable ones. Harrr. Silly me. Anyhoo, there are biscuits named lady fingers too. Only today did I find that out. I can be daft at times, yes. She used those instead of course. Thank goodness, I'd say. Besides tiramisu, she made brownies while I made muffins. Those muffins turned out really bad. Ugh. It was tasteless at first bite but in the core of each of the muffins there was one teaspoon of hazelnut spread. I hope devouring them with chocolate sauce would taste much sweeter and better. The brownies were perfect, Jeann! Yummy.

Partay at Jannah's house tomorrow. Actually, it's her little sister's birthday party. I'm just there for the food. And cake. Just joking. I guess I'm bringing the little one a present. It's inflatable.

I'm going to reread New Moon now. Mmkay bye.

sucker heart.

Spent 080109 with Yohannis. We watched Passengers at the Cineleisure and then we went to the Marina Barrage. The movie was just okay. Anne Hathaway looked so pretty. She's a doe-eyed chick. In the movie, she scared herself silly not once, but multiple times. Those parts made me chuckle. Hee. Anyhoo, the plot needed more action. I guess you should watch it only if you love Anne Hathaway or you're easily pleased. Like I am. Usually.

After the movie, we went to check out that Peninsula place. Cheap stuff! I am definitely going to make another trip there soon. And then we went to Marina Bay and subsequently, Marina Barrage. The place isn't massive exactly but it was kinda big. I had lotsa fun. There was a water playground! We immediately kicked off our shoes and dipped our feet into the water. It was icy cold at first. Only at first. And then we made our way through the 'playground' sloshing the water as we did. We then went to the grassy part of the place which was one or two storeys up. Took a seat, enjoyed the view. Someone was even flying a kite. Speaking of which, a flying kite meant strong winds. My hair was all kinds of crazy just now! When the wind blew towards my face, it felt like I'd go bald there and then. Other times, my hair was completely in my face. My vision was obscured and I looked stupid. Anyway, we camwhored for a good one to two hours until it was time to head home. The pictures turned out okay for some. The ones with my wind swept hair looked insane. I ruined most of the pictures by being retarded. So, I'm just going to post a handful to save myself(and Yohannis) from the humiliation.

Ciao, lovelies.
