HAPPY 42th BIRTHDAY!

today rocked. haha only when it came to ayah's 42th birthday celebration! i love him sooooo much. he's 2 years younger than my momma. even so, i'm glad they ended up together. and forever. i hope for many more happy years to come! you get to see part of his tummy later on. heh heh. pardon the partial nudity. okay lame. pardon me. moving on! so i took pictures of him blowing out the candles(4 big, 2 small), cutting the $18 choc fudge cake, goofing around, and most importantly: him smiling. my parents are leaving for Bali tmr. for 5 days! i'm gonna be crying myself to sleep. i'm gonna miss them of course. even before their departure, i can't wait for their return from Bali. with wide grins on their faces of course. i love my family. i'm grateful for them! thank you, god.

yesterday kicked ass. spend the whole day with my 3 awesome galfrens. i love you guys! we went to Ikea and Anchorpoint. both at Queenstown. took loads of pictures, laughed our butts off, ate dinner at Banquet Signature. i wish to do this again. Ikea's children section is soooo much fun, ya'll. with the stuff toys and rooms, it's way too cool. i can't wait to move out! once i do, i hope to decorate my new room with a bunch of Ikea stuff. Jeannie gets to refurnish hers with the 300 bucks she just received. me so jealous.

anyways, after that the four of us went to Anchorpoint for dinner. took pictures with the chinese new year decorations which are so bright and colourful of course. there was this uber cool shop where we bought witty badges. mine says: "I'M GOING NUCKING FUTS!". if you don't get that, you're slow. (or stupid/dumb.) heh heh heh. sorry Ky! i saw a slinky in that shop. and i want it! alrdy asked them to get me one on my bdae. haha.

and at about 9pm, we took the MRT home. pictures below.

stayed back to finish up class deco for CNY after having 'so-called' Focus Study. before that, i had lunch at Banquet with Jannah before heading back to school. i loved today's recess time. laughed my ass off accompanied by Jannah and Jeannie. jannail's laughter is way too contagious! it makes me laugh. most horribly. haha i would just burst out laughing uncontrollably. joked about tons of stuff. like when i kinda half-smiled, it cracks both of them up. maybe it's cause i look like a psycho. who knows? i think i did. haven really tried doing that while looking into a mirror yet. yet baybeh. i most probably would. anyways, it was fun laughing like that. i felt good. and carefree. i wanna do that every single day with my galpals whom i love. a rose coming for each of them! if i have the cash to buy real crimson roses. haha.

i have tuition tmr and then after that, i'm gonna go to the Lime Flea Market. with the 2Js. wish Ky can make it. boohoo. we should go out, the four of us togetha. i love you guys! haha. anyways, i think it's somewhere near the Cineleisure. speaking of which, i still have that free movie ticket from last year's MT Week. Jumper, anyone? ohmygosh ohmygosh. Jamie Bell's in it. and so is Hayden Christiansen. hot guys! i hope the movie will be the shizz. heh heh.

my eyes are droopy. i'm gonna go to bed now. although it's 9.30 and way too early for a friday night, i'm saying goodnight.

KUSU ISLAND!
went there today. saw tortoises, a wishing well, a wishing pond, the kusu kramat, the clean waters of kusu island. took the ferry from Marina South Pier. the journey took about half an hour. i saw what i wanted to see. and that is, the tortoises! there were tons of them. took tons of pictures. they say a picture paints a thousand words. check them out.

in other news, HEATH LEGDER IS DEAD YA'LL.
pffffft. i can't friggin believe it! in case you're wondering, he's the guy that's playing The Joker in The Dark Knight. he's aslo one of the protagonists in Brokeback Mountain. i think he starred in A Knight's Tale too. damn. his death is so sudden! some said it was a suicide, others an accident. man, he was cute! such a loss. peace out, Heath Ledger.

i'm pooped. stayed back for class deco today. looking pretty good and of course, i hope we win something. heh heh.

english teacher's making me pissed. 1200 words essay is too much! but i guess she's right in saying it's "for our own good". she also said that Band 1 students should do more. that part i went: whatthefucccck?! the differences in mark ranges of Band 1 and Band 2 are not even that big. pffffft.

school's a drag. tomorrow is Friday. like, finally! the week's a long one. i'm spending more and more hours in school and it's not like i want to. duhh. there's assignments to be handed in and also, Focus Study. i don't think the O's are gonna come flying right smack into our faces that quickly. the time's passing too friggin slowly. maybe the time will come when the hours seem like seconds. i hope it's soon. on other news, i have finally gotten hold of my IC. took me quite a while to collect it. and i now i have it. but me mum's keepin it for me. the thing's precious i think. if i lose it, i'd have to pay 200 bucks. me mum says so.

tmr is BK day. yay! okaybye.

Stardust kicks ass!

watched the Dvd just now. so sweet! i give it 5 stars. robert de niro as a gay pirate is totally hilarious! my favourite part was when he pranced around with girly dresses and a feathery pink fan. totally unaware that prince septimus was watching him in disbelief. friggin laughed my head off. he's funny. really. hahaha.

claire danes is pretty. she's the fallen star in the movie. she kinda reminds me of gwyneth paltrow. oh and charlie cox is cute. not bad for a newcomer. never seen him in other movies before. cute and sweet couple!

and now i have to get back to my homework. ciao!

took a trip to Singapore Polytechnic's Open House yesterday with Jannah and Jeannie. it's all the way at Dover. pretty boring i must say. probably because we didn't know where to go. got myself a few brochures on the business courses. i'm interested but i think i'll have a boring life if i head in that direction. hmm. jc or poly? a frequent question indeed. and my answer's still this: i don't know. yeesh.

after walking around for barely an hour, we decided to check out Vivo City. the place is massive! it's my second time there. so because the place is extremely huge, we walked around aimlessly til' our feet ached. entered Topshop, Forever 21, Desingual, Pull & Bear and other stores. the prices are sky-high. it's a rich person's wonderland. i'll earn me some cash before going there again in the future.

oh yes! i went to Candy Empire. after looking around, i finally found Wonka's products. was planning on buying Wonka's Fabulicious Bubblegum Flavour but to my friggin horror, it contains pork gelatin. like wtf?! pfffft. that's totally uncool. never thought i'd find pork gelatin in sweets. left the store disappointed. but i returned later to get a packet of Nippy's Iced Chocolate and Wrigley's Extra Drops(Watermelon Flavour).

ate dinner, took pictures and finally took the train home. later!

second week of school is finally overrr! first MT focus study seemed surprisingly short. but we had homework to do. 2 informal letters and one dialogue. and on top of that, there's other homework to finish up. i can feel the pressure. oh yes. i wonder how it was at the Nanyang Poly Open House today. i had to miss it. pffffft. i'm gonna watch episode 13 of Gossip Girl now. ciao.
